- Do you offer an uptime guarantee? Yes, we do. We guarantee a 99.9% VPS node availability. This doesn't include network maintenance, but should we perform any upgrades, we let you know 72 days before. Please note that this uptime is the availability of your server, not the server uptime which may be far less due to configuration issues, reboots etc.
- What if I can't manage a hybrid server? Can you help me? You bet we can! We offer React, a managed service where you've got the peace of mind knowing we're on hand to assist with any configurations, installations or other problems.
- How many websites can I host on a hybrid server? As many as you like. You still need to keep in mind the amount of processing power, memory and storage you have, but we don't have any caps on the amount you can host at all.
- What control panel is included? You can choose to run cPanel, Plesk, Webmin or any other control panel on your hybrid server. During the order process, just choose what you'd like.
