I have now been with them for a months time. I am amazed - to say the least!
They give you so much quality for so little! I have never had any downtime, and support resolved my queries very quickly. They usually answer within minutes!
Sometimes next minute. That is except when they are busy - when they have a high ticket load, but then it's also something extraordinary - such as now, when they are converting from shared to enterprise only.
So all in all a good host! Keep up the good work!

Previously hosted at HostMonster, I decided to look for a new host when their servers kept crashing. I understand that Magento is very resource intensive but when it comes to servers, uptime is one of the most important factors along with speed.
I had heard good things about Simplex and proceeded to ask pre-sales some questions. All were answered in full and almost instantly. Although Simplex don't really have live chat, their responses are often quicker than when I used the live chat at Host Monster.
Server speeds seem to be a lot better and our site now loads around 30% quicker. It's not often you see a quick Magento store, so satisfy your suspicions by checking it out at www.americangoodies.co.uk.

One thing that you can't easily show with numbers alongside bandwidth and webspace is customer support. That's unfortunate for SimplexWebs because their support is seriously first class. With a helpful reply in a matter of minutes you find yourself just refreshing the ticket support page after sending knowing that if they haven't already sent you a reply, it's only going to be a minute more until you get one. 10/10!
