  • What's a domain?

    A domain name a unique web address used to point to an IP address. For example, simplexwebs.com is a domain name. It saves you and your visitors having to remember an IP address.

  • How do I manage my domain?

    Once you've signed up, our customer panel includes a variety of DNS management tools including custom name servers. You can also use our redundant DNS cluster.

  • When do I renew my domain?

    You can choose to register your domain for a year, two years or even ten. It's best to register for a year and then renew it's due.

  • When will my domain be setup?

    After payment, most domains are usually setup instantly. UK domains however (e.g. .co.uk) may take a little longer to be activated (up to 24 hours - usually no more).
